In recent football history, the Alabama Crimson Tide have been known to put elite wide receiver talent into the NFL. This season, they have two potential first-round wide receivers, in Jerry Jeudy and Henry Ruggs III. They are looking to follow in the footsteps of some high-level talent that has proven more than capable of making the leap to the pros.

With that in mind, here are the three best NFL wide receivers every to come out of Alabama.

3. Amari Cooper

Splitting time between the Oakland Raiders and Dallas Cowboys in the NFL, Amari Cooper has really seen his production explode since moving to Dallas. He's averaging 66.2 receiving yards per game for his career, and that average rises to 76.6 when looking at only his Dallas numbers. His 5,097 receiving yards and 33 touchdowns both already rank fourth all-time among Alabama wideouts at the NFL level.

2. Don Hutson

Nicknamed "the Alabama Antelope", Don Hutson may not have technically been a wide receiver, but the split-end in the 1930's and 1940's Green Bay Packers offense helped create what we know as the wide receiver position today. Hutson was an absolute game-changer immediately, leading the NFL in receiving yards per game in four of his first five seasons. Over his 11-year career, Hutson led the NFL in receptions eight times, receiving yards seven times and receiving touchdowns nine times.

1. Julio Jones

Often in the argument for best wide receiver in the game, Julio Jones has put together a Hall of Fame-worthy career in the NFL, with only a Super Bowl ring missing from his collection of accolades. He has totaled 12,125 receiving yards across his nine seasons with the Atlanta Falcons, giving him over 4,000 more NFL receiving yards than any other Crimson Tide player in history, while he's also found the end zone 57 times. Julio has also led the league in receiving yards twice and in receptions once. While he is on the wrong side of 30, he remains among the best in the league, and will only continue to distance himself from the field of the best NFL wide receivers to come out of Alabama.
