The 2021 Tokyo Olympic Games are set to begin on Friday, July 23 and sports fans will be able to put in wagers on a number of different events.

Women's boxing made its debut as an Olympic medal sport back in 2012 and has since been one of the most exciting events on the schedule. The sport is constantly growing, which means the battle for the Gold Medal in the lightweight division should be a competitive one.

Brazil's Beatriz Ferreira is the favorite to take home the gold this year with odds set at +135, according to FanDuel Sportsbook. The 28-year-old recently took home the Gold Medal at the 2019 World Championships. Ireland's Kellie Harrington comes in a distant second with odds set at +360.
