The 2021 Tokyo Olympic Games are set to begin on Friday, July 23, and sports fans will be able to put in wagers on a number of different events.

Men's baseball is returning to the Olympics this year for the first time since 2008. It's usually been one of the more popular attractions at the Summer Olympic Games and this year is no exception. With teams rostering several former MLB stars, the competition is on to see who walks away with the gold medal.

The host nation Japan will enter the Summer Olympics as the +160 favorite to walk away with the gold medal in men's baseball, according to FanDuel Sportsbook. While the Japanese haven't won gold in baseball before, they have won one silver and two bronze medals in the past. Team USA is a close second at +300 odds, with their best finishing being gold at the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
