No matter the season, almost every NFL team has one fantasy football sleeper sitting on their roster, just waiting for the opportunity to prove themself and send fantasy owners scrambling to the waiver wire for their services.

With that in mind, there's been considerable sleeper buzz surrounding a few Green Bay Packers players, and with the season kicking off in less than a month, here are the Packers' top-three fantasy football sleeper candidates.

3. Jamaal Williams, RB

He's spent the start of training camp on the sidelines due to a hamstring injury, but Jamaal Williams has some enticing fantasy potential for the 2019 season. The 24-year-old running back is a sure-handed ball carrier and is a proven pass catcher out of the backfield, logging 52 receptions for 472 yards receiving in his first two years in the league. New head coach Matt LeFleur's offense heavily utilizes running backs in the passing game (85 RB targets in 2018) and as long as Williams stays healthy, he could be a viable sleeper in PPR formats, at the very least.

2. Jimmy Graham, TE

It's hard to believe that Jimmy Graham is considered a sleeper pick right now, but the veteran tight end could be in for a huge bounce-back year after an injury-plagued first season in Green Bay. The 32-year-old tight end is seemingly motivated to prove his doubters wrong and has reportedly taken well to LeFleur's offense during camp. Graham is a huge target that's a matchup nightmare for defenses in the red zone, and with another year of working with Aaron Rodgers under his belt, he could be in for his fifth career double-digit touchdown season in 2019. Even if he comes close to that TD number, Graham is a deep sleeper with TE1 upside.

1. Marquez Valdes-Scantling, WR

There's no other Green Bay Packer that heads into the 2019 season with more hype than Marquez Valdes-Scantling. The second-year wideout had a solid rookie campaign in 2018, catching 38 passes for 581 yards receiving and two touchdowns in 10 starts. Valdes-Scantling has been turning heads since the start of training camp and was just named a starter on the Packers' first unofficial depth chart. With his incredible speed, the 24-year-old burner could be in for breakout season with an ADP of W44, making him a big-time sleeper in 2019.
