The 2023 campaign was a season to forget for the Carolina Panthers and rookie quarterback Bryce Young as both struggled mightily, finishing the season with the worst record in the NFL at 2-15.

On Wednesday's episode of Up & Adams, new Panthers head coach Dave Canales spoke about what stood out to him with Young.

Canales has a track record of raising the play of his quarterbacks, most recently with Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield making his first Pro Bowl in his lone season working with Canales.

Currently, the Panthers are listed at +700 odds to win the NFC South, and Canales owns +1600 odds to win NFL Coach of the Year on FanDuel Sportsbook.
