Part of what makes March Madness great is the unpredictability of what will take place. This is why getting a perfect bracket is almost impossible, and former North Carolina great Vince Carter expects much of the same this year.

While his alma mater holds the 1 seed in the West Region, Carter highlighted a former Tar Heel player who transferred and plays on another team in the West and could cause some issues for UNC.
