Junior Caminero to Record 2+ Total Bases (-105)

Athletics vs. Rays, 1:11 p.m. ET

Junior Caminero draws a friendly Thursday afternoon matchup against southpaw Jeffrey Springs.

In 2026, Springs has pitched to a 4.91 SIERA and 17.7% strikeout rate. He’s allowed 2.18 homers per nine to righty bats as well as a 44.8% fly-ball rate in the split.

Caminero has a .380 wOBA overall this campaign. With the platoon advantage, he’s posted a .401 wOBA and 50.4% hard-hit rate. He’s also been more productive at home (.397 wOBA) than on the road (.364 wOBA).

As an added bonus, the A’s own the seventh-worst bullpen xFIP this year.

Caminero has gone for two-plus bases in four of his last five games, and I like these odds on him to do it again today.

Nolan McLean Under 5.5 Strikeouts (-122)

Phillies vs. Mets, 7:16 p.m. ET

Nolan McLean is an excellent young hurler, but he doesn’t miss a ton of bats. In a tough date with the Philadelphia Phillies, the under on McLean’s K prop is my favorite pitching prop of the day.

McLean’s 26.5% strikeout rate looks great. His swinging-strike rate, however, is only 9.7% — hinting at impending negative regression for his K rate.

McLean has fanned five or fewer hitters in four of his previous six starts, and the Phils have the fifth-lowest strikeout rate over the last 30 days (18.0%).

All in all, the under is the side I want to back tonight.

Max Clark to Record 2+ Hits/Runs/RBI (-105)

Tigers vs. White Sox, 7:41 p.m. ET

Max Clark, the third overall pick in the 2023 MLB Draft, is off to a nice start in his MLB career, and he’s in a good spot tonight against Erick Fedde.

Through his first 167 big-league plate appearances, Clark boasts a .348 wOBA and 39.1% hard-hit rate. He’s got a 40.5% hard-hit rate and 45.9% fly-ball rate with the platoon advantage. He’s been hot of late, too, racking up a .490 wOBA over his last seven games.

Fedde has a 15.8% K rate and 4.80 SIERA. Although his results have been good lately (2.67 ERA over his last 27 IP), his advanced numbers paint a different picture (5.28 xFIP in that time).

Clark has tallied at least two H/R/RBI in six of his past seven outings. This is a great matchup for him to keep it going.
