Following this on Tuesday, Colorado State faced off against Virginia, with Colorado St. dominating the court and securing a 67-42 win.

In Wednesday's matchups, Grambling defeated Montana State, 88-81, in overtime to advance in the Big Dance.

The Colorado Buffaloes did the same with their win against Boise State (60-53) on Wednesday.
