IN THE VINEYARD (9) has the form on the board, and though she was a touch plain here 12 days ago in a similar field, she is worth another chance. On top for us in a modest field. PERFECT POUR (7) has yet to race up to his decent trial form, and for an expensive yearling he has been disappointing in 2 starts to date. His breeding suggests he will improve with more time, so we are prepared to include him fresh up in this sort of field. Check the market moves. REFRACTION (4) probably found 4 ?f too sharp for him on debut here 3 weeks ago, and he can improve over the more suitable 6 ½f here. Stick with him. STEEL WARRIOR (2) has been given time to mature, and he won the latest of his 2 public trials last month. He is bred to want further than 6 ½f, but this field is thin, so he has to be respected. MIVIRGO (1) has run the odd good race, and his stable did have an upset winner recently, so this gelding is worth including in all top 4 combos to be safe.
