Runner-up here two back, his fifth placing from eight tries here. Gets his chance to break through. HOKONUI JOEL (1) resumes after finishing fifth at his latest appearance at this venue last June. Readied with a trial and should enjoy an economical run from this draw. EVIE ROYALE (2) didn't feature in three starts at the maiden campaign but her trials suggest she has come back a better mare and she draws well. ARISTA (4) only beat a couple home last start but has claims off the resuming placing prior.
