BETTER BE QUICK (9) did a good job to come from a similar draw and finish third when resuming at this circuit and distance. That was her first outing since closing off the last campaign with a win at this venue when off this same barrier. Fitter so has strong claims. DON'T TELL JENNY (5) has been competitive of late and kept the ball rolling last time fourth at Ashburton. Draws a few spots wider but should make an impact again. QUEEN OF SWORDS (7) has been solid when fourth at her two most recent appearances and is a two-time winner at this circuit and distance. ZARLINI (6) is worth some thought after a good effort from the back row here last time out.
