HEAVEN (10) put the writing on the wall with a string of top-four finishes before he delivered at this circuit and distance last time out. Should enjoy a nice smother from this draw and will be looking for a split at some stage. With some luck on his side he has the ability to make it two on the trot. SONG OF SEAS (14) comes off a midfield finish at Rangiora and may enjoy the return to Addington having recorded a win a placing in her previous two starts here, both over this distance. She has more upside than many of these. TAUMUTU LAD (7) recorded back-to-back placings last month and hasn't been too far off the top-three at his last couple. Contender. ARTFUL BROMAC (3) draws well and is open to improvement second-up.
