BRUNTWOOD BRIGADE (15) has been racing well and registered another success last start, scoring by a neck at this venue for his fifth success from his last seven outings. May need an ounce of luck from this tricky barrier but comes back in grade and is good enough to overcome the draw. PROSPERITY (4) continued the strong recent form when he completed a winning hat trick by scoring last start at Mt Harding. Won the only time he attempted this longer distance and winning form is hard to knock. JOHN STEWART (12) draws awkwardly but continued his consistent form when placed last week and was a winner here prior. THE COALMAN (10) looks close to a win after placing in his last four outings.
