This maiden over 7f, continues with the theme of huge fields with many each-way chances. MISISSIPI GAMBLER (8) has talent and he resumes from a spell that would have done him the world of good. A recent quiet trial will ensure that he is set to return in good condition. Hard to beat. DESERT JEWEL (10) fought on well after racing handy to the pace on debut at Matamata just over 2 weeks ago. She cops a tougher gate this time, but the extra 1f will help, and she can figure in the top 4 here. CAPRESE (11) did not do much fresh up, and she draws wide here second up. The blinkers are on, and Sam Collett keeps the faith. Include in all combos to be safe. INTEGRITY (16) showed promise in her initial campaign, placing twice. She will be stronger now, and she will be hitting the line hard. DA DA WING (3) peaked on his run late when resuming from a spell, and he will be a lot sharper for this. Warren Kennedy sticks with him, and so do we.
