BALANCE OF POWER (1) looks to be steadily racing his way towards an overdue win after finishing less than a length from the winner in second last time out at Riccarton on a heavy track. He can settle right on the pace here from a good gate, and the extra 1f can make all the difference. On top. MISS SETH (3) ended up getting too far back from a wide gate at Riccarton 11 days ago, and only battled home. She cops another nasty gate here, but is better placed than last time, so stick with her. HENRY THOMAS (2) will be hitting his straps third up from a spell, and a much better effort is on the cards. Each way value. ANOTHER WON'T HURT (4) was a beaten favourite here last time out when backing up fairly quickly, which may have left him flat. He has more space between runs this time, and should be thereabouts again. Follow your money.
