Verdict

Poor race with the majority struggling. BOCHEEVA (4) is a 12 start maiden who was close to a distance win before a spell. Fair fresh over 7f but fitter and back out to right trip now. Has the inside and expected to be prominent throughout. IRLANDAIS (7) is still yet to win after 24 starts. Hard to follow but this suits and best figures measure up. Rates a strong chance to break though. OLDPOP (10) is a 12 start maiden who was placed over 6f two back then placed over 7 ½f. Tackling the longer trip for the first time but going pretty well and looks close to a win. Gets chance out in trip. TYITA (3) is a Class 1 horse but that sole win was over three years ago. Did run a big race in town last time through when third and beaten a length in a BM56 over 1 ?/16m. Would go close with a repeat of that effort. HEAT OF THE NIGHT (11) is building to a win and should appreciate the extra ground now.
