SAMANTH (9) failed last time when sent out as public elect but pulled up with excuses. Was super here two back in a strong form race when missing by a head. Drawn well and if she's in good order, she will prove hard to stop. SIR PANAMA (3) has been denied narrowly in his last two. Is a track and trip specialist but is drawn to get back from his draw. If they overdo it early, he can reel them in. ORIEDOS (4) hasn't won for a very long time but gets a welcome drop in grade and is going better than the formguide suggests. Has a sticky draw to overcome but warrants respect on best figures. ALFANO (5) bounced back strongly here third-up when closing off nicely from the rear to earn a minor spot. Drawn much kinder this time and can play a major role.
