TUNDRA (8) continues to race well without breaking through, showing his customary early speed before being reeled in late last start. On the quick back-up and rock-hard fit, he'll be very tough to run down. SUPREME THUNDER (3) went better than the form suggests fresh at Naracoorte, chasing soundly, and should have tightened up nicely with that run. He's among the key hopes. PRIVATE JET (7) doesn't win often but was only beaten a neck into second last time. The step up in trip suits, and while the wide alley is tricky, expect him to be ridden more conservatively and charge late. SEE DE NIGHT (9) hasn't won for a long time but is nearing peak fitness after two solid runs. Has enough pace to offset the draw and deserves respect.
