Verdict

The recent form of REFRESHING (11) doesn't inspire much confidence but he is well placed coming back to 5f, with 119lbs from a low draw. He will roll forward and take some catching. I'm sure he will look like the winner at some stage and it'll just be a case of holding on in the final 1f. BRAVE ACTION (1) is another who is racing below his best at the moment. If he can find anything like his best, he is a winning chance. MADAM JEANETTE (10) is mixing her form but she will have all the favours from a nice barrier and looks a genuine top three chance. GOLD SPIRIT (2) is progressive and looks capable of handling the rise in grade, while STREETCAR FURY (4) was scratched last week and saved for this. He is untapped but could potentially be the best horse in the race.
