The form around MALDIVICA (9) reads favourably and she should be at her top now fourth-up. Has found the maiden win elusive so far but this looks her best chance yet. BARONESS DU LAC (5) couldn't quite live up to market expectations on debut at Murray Bridge on the back of some sharp trials. Has been sent back to the trials in between and looked smart. Should be more focused with the blinkers going on. Bold showing anticipated. BEWITCHING MISSY (6) wasn't far away on debut at Oakbank, then found it a bit too rich in town last time over a longer trip. Better suited back to this level and draws to get all the favours for Milnes who's taking over. Watch for sharp improvement. EMOTIVE (1) improved second-up when chasing gamely into the placings. Fitter and has more to offer.
