DODD (2) produced a strong effort when runner-up at Strathalbyn just seven days ago, showing signs of being back near his best. On the quick back-up and stepping out over a longer journey, he draws the inside and should give another bold sight. I LOVE THIS SONG (7) scored nicely two runs back before a plain effort at Morphettville last time. This looks a more suitable assignment and he can bounce back into the finish. A BIG CHANCE (3) doesn't win often but ran well at Gawler last start, finishing fourth after racing on speed. Well placed here and is among the key hopes. WHITCHETY GRUB (11) failed to live up to market expectation when finishing third at Mildura last time. While wins have been elusive, her figures stack up and she rates a genuine top-three chance. MR TRAFFICANTI (5) was solid here two back behind I Love This Song and is capable of featuring again on that form.
