UNITED LEGEND (8) ran a better race and finished half a length away in fourth last time out over 1 ?m at Balaklava after being in the firing line on the turn. Has the ability to figure prominently. RIKKI RIKKARDO (12) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a nice race last time out, finishing second and beaten only 1.75 lengths over 1 ¼m at Strathalbyn. Perfectly placed and is sure to play a major role. MANGIONE (2) finished 2.2 lengths away from the winner last time at Casterton on a soft track and drops in the weights. Should be prominent from the outset. One of the main contenders. NEVRA QUEEN (11) showed early speed from a good draw and led until entering the straight last start, eventually holding on for second and beaten 1.5 lengths over 1m at Moe. Strong top-three prospect. THEODOR (3) was very impressive two back when leading all the way at Balaklava. Less effective last time in town but he can't be forgotten.
