AU - Balaklava - Race 7

BOLTED IN (1) did just that two back after a run of close finishes. Left himself with too much to do last start in town but warmed nicely late. If Murtagh can settle him a pair or two closer from the low draw, he will prove very hard to hold out. BLUE ISLES (11) was well supported late but was ultimately left with too much ground to bridge, closing off strongly late in the piece to grab second. Better with that run under her belt and will appreciate stepping out to the mile. Can go one better. ROUSING REFRAIN (3) boasts strong formlines and is well placed dropping back to this grade. Has been freshened with 32 days, keeping the legs ticking over with two hitouts in between. Must take seriously. LAST WAR (12) has got back to somewhere near his best and the mile looks perfect for him down in the weights. Don't dismiss easily.
