Verdict

SIR LOYNE (3) is a four-year-old gelding who is having his first run for the Ben Brisbourne barn, formerly with Michael Freedman. He's shown ability above this level in six runs to date and if the new stable are able to go on with that he'll be very hard to beat. HUGHIE (2) was an impressive winner last time over 6f at Casterton, leading throughout and putting 10 lengths on his rivals. Tougher here but goes forward again and has to be greatly respected. BOULDER JACK (4) was well in commission last time but ran below expectations when eighth and beaten 8 lengths over 7f at Echuca. Can roll forward here and bounce back having won two on the bounce prior. MORE HIGHS ON ME (11) is third up and maps well, consider.
