APACHE SUNRISE (6) is a consistent type with four minor placings from five starts this prep. She continues to race well without breaking through, now onto turf here which is fine having placed at Stawell on soft ground back in May. Tricky draw but has strong claims. ZUKURO (11) is a daughter of Bivouac from the Group 3 winner Pursuits who makes her debut for the Payne yard. She's jumped out well and has claims first time of asking. MASSALIA (9) produced a fair effort on debut last time out when 4.5 lengths from the winner in fourth at Ballarat Synthetic over 5 ½f. Can improve quickly off that and is worth watching onto turf. BUDJIK QUEEN (7) is a filly by Churchill on debut who has been jumping out well and looks ready to go.
