Got too far back at Mornington following and was never in the hunt. Presents fitter and Newitt steers from an inside gate. She's likely to appreciate the longer journey and can get into the finish. CRYPTIC CLUE (6) got closer at Wangaratta over the mile. Has been giving away big starts, suggesting she'll be better suited over this distance.
