AFTERBERNA (7) ran a strong race first up at Pakenham over 5 ½f, running on well late but just missing by a head. She's a promising filly who should strip fitter for that and take a power of beating. AUSTRALIAN LEGACY (8) is a filly by King's Legacy on debut for the Hayes yard. She's looked good off the track, winning a recent jumpout, and Stackhouse should give her every chance from the inside gate. SATTVA (11) wasn't far away at Sandown Hillside first up in an encouraging performance. Comes back slightly in trip now which is a query but gets D Lane on and will be hard to hold out. INSPIRATIONAL LASS (10) struggled fresh at Cranbourne but was in the market there and can do much better. FIRST FIFTEEN (9) resumes. She can be an improver with a spell under her belt.
