Verdict

JIMMY BEANS (5) clearly on top. He's just found one better in all three runs to date, resuming at Wangaratta as favourite when trying hard, beaten a nose. He's one of the recent transfers to Clayton Douglas after the Freedman ban hence the stable change. With the added fitness he should be breaking through. FRENCH GIFT (3) struggled on heavy going at Geelong last time but had been good on resumption at Pakenham. Gear changes made and it's worth noting the market fancied him to win last time. He can bounce back. LUMINAZA (9) made good improvement at Cranbourne and comes under notice now third up with further upside. NEW PROSPECT (7) was just fair fresh at Pakenham Synthetic but can improve sharply. FLYING GENTRY (2) is another off synthetic first up and can bounce back.
