FULL CONFIDENCE (10) made up a lot of late ground when finishing fourth as the favourite at Ballarat nearly 2 weeks ago, and she gets a lovely swing in her draw this time. She will find this an easier assignment, and is the one to beat, so follow your money. BLUE GAMBLE (9) finished fourth at long odds when making her debut at Bendigo just over 3 weeks ago, and she maps to settle a tad closer from the pole position this time. With the natural improvement expected, she should give the top pick plenty to think about, but the fancy price will be gone. THEATRICAL QUEEN (6) got back from a wide gate fresh up, and then hit the line strongly for fourth over 6f. The extra 1 ¼f is ideal, and she can figure in the top 3 here, especially from a superior gate. RED LIGHT RACHEL (4) made an encouraging return to the track when finishing fourth at Corowa nearly a month ago. She strips fitter and is worth including in all top 4 combos.
