CHARITIES (9) resumed over 6 ¾f at Donald and was beaten 2 lengths. Three back he just missed at Bendigo over this distance and has two key gear additions. Has the rail and John Allen aboard and fitter is sure to run well. CHILLI REAPER (6) was quickly back on track beaten a whisker at Donald. Peaks for a smart stable and also has winning claims. TAKE THE PRIZE (7) turned the form around leading and winning this grade at Stawell in dominant fashion. Gets in well with the 7lbs claim and can't be taken lightly. The speedy JOTOPELI (4) deserved his Maiden win at Donald over 6 ¾f and then went back and didn't run out a strong mile. He will go better back to a sprint and Meech is booked today and can press forward. AKITU (1) is third-up back in grade and trip. Has a wide gate, but he has pieces of form that would see him competitive.
