Tricky. CONTOURS (15) was only beaten 0.7L at Geelong on debut when expected to need one. Worked home strongly and is likely to be just as good or better if he gets a dryer surface. Fitter again and will be hitting the line hard for the premiership stable. TEXTURE (4) is an improver from a leading stable and was last seen 56 days ago, beaten 3L at Sale. Has been kept up to the mark with two jumpouts and won the latest. Has the tongue tie on for the first time, and John Allen is a positive jockey engagement. DETERMINATO (2) rates well enough off his narrow defeat at Wodonga over this distance. Presents third-up and will get every chance to go one better. ADAMANA (5) will be fitter again and is still well shy of her best. She didn't have much luck last time with John Allen aboard. ON THE BRINK (13) debuts and placed her latest jumpout. Has the rail and Meech is aboard and will likely push forward. Profiles well, and the betting will be key.
