DARKBONEE (1) returned in good order with a near-miss at Warrnambool, followed by a comfortable win at Sandown-Lakeside over a mile this grade. Carries 7lbs more, but he's an improving galloper who is still well-placed. VELLASMACHINE (2) turned in a nice effort to score two runs ago at this track. Came back 16-days later and didn't have much luck over this distance. Has a key jockey switch to the in-form Kersley today and can go a lot better. JUMPINMYCAR (8) is heading in the right direction. Needs to find a bit more, but that's not out of the question. JACKAND (4) showed enough here last time over the trip to include on an each-way basis.
