Verdict

BEAUTIFULLY (4) looks nicely placed. She's a lightly raced filly who won well in a BM62 at Cranbourne two back before a good effort up in grade at Warrnambool on the wet track when beaten two lengths. Comes back a notch here and gets to a mile for the first time which should suit nicely. EASY DUN (2) bounced back to form with a good win at Bendigo last start, finding the line strongly to get up by a neck. He can go on with it now. WINTER NIGHTS (8) struggled at Geelong over a touch further when last seen but is lightly raced and it wouldn't shock to see him improve for the Allen/Hayes combination. RAPID CHEVAL (7) is off a short break leading into this but has had two solid trials and the peaks to challenge. RED ON RED (1) resumes and could surprise at odds.
