Verdict

IMMEDIACY (6) looks better suited coming back to 1 ¼m around Caulfield. He battled on well in the Mornington Cup last time but doesn't quite get the extra trip. He beat a few key rivals home over this route two back in the Easter Cup and a repeat of that goes close. Maher has LAND LEGEND (1) humming. He did enough two back over a mile and really charged to the line getting to 1 ¼m at Flemington last time under 134lbs. Caulfield maybe not as ideal but he's a G1 winner and Zahra goes on now. POUNDING (8) dashed home well in the Mornington Cup last time when given a good ride to slice through. The Easter Cup run was also solid, he does need another win but he's going well enough. PLYMOUTH (7) had no luck in the Easter Cup. He did have every chance at Flemington and battled on well, each way hope. BLACK RUN (10) can improve quickly second up to 1 ¼m.
