Verdict

EDUCATED (9) looks a nice way to start the day. She's a talented mare who resumes here having won 3/4 to date, dominant first up last time in at Cranbourne before running good time at Flemington. Some niggle she failed on a heavy track before a break but we shouldn't be quite so wet and it may just have been an 'end of prep run' anyway. She's got the talent and profile to take care of these. Stablemate FUNDAMENTAL NATURE (10) looks the danger with a similar profile, first up as a 4yo. She won her first two starts nicely and tackled a couple of good races after. MARKDEL (1) is flying, he swept home to win well here when last seen in a BM78 and will take holding out again. BEHAVIOUR (4) has been much improved since ridden nearer the speed, he won well last week and can repeat the dose.
