Verdict

HOME INVASION (15) does look the obvious choice on resumption given she started $5.50 on debut in the G3 Gimcrack Stakes and ran a very credible fifth to Shiki. We haven't seen her since but she's had plenty of Sydney trials and a Werribee jumpout win to get her ready and naturally a return to maiden grade sees her very hard to catch. That said, AERIAL PURSUIT (1) looks very smart on debut for the Freedman yard. He's a gelding by Acrobat who looked very good winning a recent Cranbourne jumpout, coming right away there. He draws well and looks a danger. OCEANS BLUE (9) is a Bivouac filly for the O'Brien yard who has won a trial and has claims in what looks a very strong maiden, as does RIGHT ACLAIM (5), a colt for the Ciaron Maher yard who has been jumping out and trialling nicely.
