Verdict

Hard not to be taken with the recent workouts by CELTICS (4), who has been gelded between campaigns. He was good at the final two runs of his debut prep but looks to have gone to another level if two jumpouts this time in are any indications. Similarly, YUUKI (8) looks to have come on between campaigns. Has not been knocked around in a couple of Bendigo jumpouts and has placed in four of five runs to date so no reason she won't be around the mark again. PULL MY FINGER (2) has race fitness on his side and narrowly missed out in a blanket finish last start, so doesn't need to improve much. FINNISH GIRL (7) gains a spot in the top four by default, owing to scratchings.
