Siding with the newcomer CHERRY HILLS (1) in the opener, a filly by Shamus Award for the Hayes yard who kicks off here with Luke Currie in the saddle. She's had a good grounding for this, winning a 7f trial and a jumpout in good style. She looks to have plenty of ability and can make a winning debut. ZEPHYR SONG (8) is the one with runs on the board, battling fairly well at Kyneton last time when in the market having been off a let-up into that run. She can strip fitter and be in this a long way. FAITH IN ZADAR (2) has been good in two runs back in what should be decent maiden form lines. She should be peaking now to 6 ½f. GOODNESS (4) is a filly by Unusual Suspect on debut for the Freedman yard who should be respected while HILILY HILILY HILO (5) is a Highland Reel filly who has jumped out quite well for the local yard and can figure.
