Verdict

Keen to stick with AUTUMN IN GRINZING (7) who won very impressively first up at Seymour, beating one with handy maiden form and doing it easily. She looks like one that could end up in some better 3yo fillies' races over further and this looks an ideal spot second up. LA BARRITA (5) and ALMOST AN ANGEL (3) both come through the Listed Atlantic Jewel Stakes where they struggled in a strong affair won by Pretty Baby. La Barrita was only first up there and started shorter so the leaning of that pair is to her. NOTIFIED (6) is off a let-up but looks a handy staying filly, while RUSSIAN DUCHESS (1) can roll forward and take some catching.
