An open race. AXIOM (7) has just missed his last couple with the most recent over 7f at Sale. Come back a bit is trip but rates well and will finish hard. Ready to post his second win. BARRYFROM BRUNZWIK (2) resumed off a 557-day break with an on-pace Maiden win at Donald. Impressed here three back on debut and is sure to have come on. Shows promise and is a chance to repeat. BUZITUP (6) resumed an easy Maiden winner at Terang before finding one better at Stawell. Keeps improving and has winning claims. GISELLA (12) is much better than the recent efforts suggest. She ran her best race at this track narrowly beaten over 7f in a 62, and she draws low and tumbles in weight. Winning rider Currie is reunited.
