Tough race. KIRKHOEPASSE (11) has been in the market in both starts to date, good on debut at Cranbourne, never in the race at Sandown Hillside last time in a stronger affair. The pieces are there to say he's better than this and he can improve quickly. ANGEL FEET (15) was well beaten fresh when ridden back at Yarra Valley. He showed glimpses last time in against good opposition and can improve sharply from the better gate this time around. KILLENAULE (2) was okay at his Australian debut at Ararat over 6 ½f, finding them a bit sharp when midfield. He can improve. SHARE THE PENNIES (10) has been good in two runs back and should be peaking out to a mile now. NIGHTOWL (3) was just fair at his Australian debut but this is easier and his NZ form prior was solid.
