Verdict

COURTING (12) looks ideally suited rising in trip at her third career start. She was much better at her latest run at Pakenham Synthetic when getting into third having struggled on wet ground on debut. Strange set up off 45 days up in trip but she's bred to stay and draws well. EXPENSIVE TASTE (13) was solid here last time out after drawing wide and getting back in a big field. Suspect she can roll forward this time and do much better. LOLLIE'S GALORE (2) put in a good effort third up at Sale when well backed, just finding one better. Should appreciate this trip now and gets every hope tracking the pace. HAKUSAN (10) is another that looks suited rising in trip and can give a sight from TEARS OF HAPPINESS (14) who wasn't far away last time and can improve.
