DOUBTABLE (4) just did enough to justify her favouritism when scoring by a neck on debut at Wingatui over 4f there nearly 3 weeks ago. She has more in store when crossing the line that day, and the step up to 5f is ideal. On top again. SWEY LOCH (1) won a trial prior to finishing fourth on debut here in the spring in a strong field. He resumes from a good gate, and with Tina Comignaghi in the saddle, he will be ready to rumble fresh up. THE GRADUATE (5) just battled home fresh up behind the top pick when resuming from a spell, and stepping up to 5f is what she needs. Stick with her on an each-way basis. SUPER (9) makes her debut with just the one public trial for sixth under her belt. She may be looking for further, but her stable must always be respected. IMELDA MELODY (8) was close up in fourth at a trial at Ashburton last month, and she could be the best of the rest. Use the market as a guide when considering any top 4 combos.
