TINUVIEL (15) has made her way to New Zealand after finishing well back on debut at Pakenham in February. She was close up in a recent trial here, with Michael McNab in the saddle, she is sure to have plenty of admirers. IFYOUSTARTMEUP (1) is a lot stronger this year, and followed up his fresh fourth here, with a game second as the favourite at Ashburton 9 days ago. He cops a wide gate, but if the track is heavy, then it might be a blessing in disguise. Each way. STUDENT OF WAR (7) has needed his racing, and a couple of his starts have been promising. He still needs his racing well-spaced, but he has solid top 4 claims in this field. TUSSAR (2) has been thereabouts in each of his 4 starts this prep, and he can figure in the finish again. DAKOTA (13) has yet to race up to her impressive trial form, but she will be stronger now, and she is worth another chance.
