NZH - Oamaru - Race 8

MUNROE'S MATE (7) had to work from a back row draw so wasn't disgraced in finishing midfield in a higher-graded race last start. Did a good job in scoring at the previous appearance at Omakau. Tactics will be crucial from this wide draw but finds a nice race and with even luck can return to winning form. RIGHTAZZ (1) turned in a strong effort last start when he scored at Ascot Park. Goes up in grade but is likely to get the favours from the ace draw. MOUTON CADET (4) has struggled at his last few but managed a Central Southland win last month. Chance if he can find that form. SALUTE (3) showed good improvement in finishing runner-up at Phar Lap Raceway last time out. Draws lower and should be close to his peak now.
