Verdict

BALLISTIC MISS (5) got back a long way early on and failed to fire a shot last time out at Pukekohe on a very testing heavy track. The step up from a mile to 1 ?m will suit her, as will racing in an anti-clockwise direction. She slides down a grade and is expected to bounce straight back into the money. BRUNO (2) made up a lot of late ground here last start in his best run in a while, finishing fourth over this trip. He will find this easier, and looks set to put his best hoof forward in this. Each way value. GOTA HUNCH (12) is still a maiden, and won't find this much tougher than the fields that he has been facing in his 3 career starts to date. He gets out to a more suitable trip now, and he is worth including in all combinations. MADAME MOET (11) has been kept busy in the spring, and she is not the worst at long odds here.
