BOKUSHI (1) has been knocking on the door with consecutive runner-up finishes, the latest over 7f at this track where he again showed plenty of grit after leading to be beaten only by a short-head. The drop can to 5 ½f is the key, and he looks ready to break through for a deserved maiden victory. LACEY LUCK (6) has been ultra-consistent this prep, producing back-to-back minor placings after racing on the speed. While this is a slightly stronger assignment, she has the form to measure up and should be in the finish again. CHILL FACTOR (2) resumes after a 7-month break having finished second in his only start this season in December.
