A dual scorer as a 3-y-o, CAVOLO NERO made an encouraging return from 5 months off when staying on for second at Kempton (1m) 5 weeks ago. Not ideally placed on that occasion, he's very much of interest now tackling this longer trip for the first time and shades preference over returning bottom-weight Mighty Quiet. Love Beach and Jez Bomb are also considered.
