MY - Selangor Turf Club 2 - Race 9

CAPET CROWN (11) gets the nod after placing in all four starts and going under by only half a length as a prohibitive odds-on favourite at this track last start. The 112lbs impost and consistent recent form give him the strongest profile, and his prior third in a Class 4 adds substance. MEGA RISING (8) is the clear danger, having run second and third in Class 5 company at this venue and placed three times from four attempts at this track and distance. CHIEF ADL (3) brings solid Open form from Perak, with a last-start third behind High Flyin' Rosie and an apprentice claim to help offset the topweight task, though his one previous try around 7 ½f was unplaced. PACIFIC EAGLE (6) is more of a placing-style hope, but her third behind Lim's Craft in Class 4 company was sound and she has already placed at around this distance.
