VERY SURPRISE (6) brings solid recent form, having won here two starts ago before producing another honest effort when finishing second over 1m after travelling in the firing line. He now drops in class, which sets up beautifully for him to prove hard to beat. SHEESH (9) delivered a standout performance last start, romping home by 7 lengths over 7 ½f in a dominant display. If she brings anything close to that level again, she's a major winning chance. THE WILD CHIEF (1) was impressive last time when storming home from well back to score over 7f, and with his strong finishing burst, he remains one of the key contenders. KIM GENERAL (3) was in the firing line turning for home last start before finishing three lengths away, and in this more suitable assignment, he's capable of improving and cannot be dismissed.
